No sunscreen will block 100% of UV radiation. To reduce your risk of premature aging of the skin and skin cancer, sunscreen should be used in conjunction with physical protection. This includes sun protective clothing, a broad brimmed hat, sunglasses and seek shade. Avoid sun exposure during the middle of the day when the UV index is at it’s highest. Remember to apply sunscreen 20 minutes before sun exposure and reapply after 2 hours to all sun exposed sites or after 40 minutes when sweating or swimming.
